Plank... Plank... Plank...

I really enjoy this plank exercise.

So simple but really... really challenging! I can feel all my muscles get tensed just to maintain the straight position in 30 seconds.

After doing it I gain sweat and... feel good! Amazingly it just needs less than 10 minutes for exercise.

I love the idea about exercise in less time, but still get the good result. Just exactly what I need. You should read this article to find out more.
