Topping Variation Of Bagelen

Here's another topping variation for Bagelen. I have brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon powder for adding extra flavor.


Then bake it as usual, till it turns golden brown and crunchy


You can put it in the dehydrator about one hour for extra crunchy


Then stack it up in the airtight container, and store it in the fridge. Now you have Bagelen as anytime snack.
